SOLIDARITY POSTERS

Only 40 years ago Europe was different - divided. The Iron Curtain has divided the nations that could live in freedom from those which could only dream about it. The Solidarity arose. A freedom movement was adopting a form of a trade union. Solidarity showed that it is possible to achieve far-reaching objectives and changing the history without any use of violence which brings pain and suffering to Innocent people. 04.06 – an anniversary of the first free elections in Poland. That day we organised an international conference to which we invited Leszek Balcerowicz. To celebrate that event, we decided to organise an exhibition of some unconventional posters on that subject.
